Thank you Deborah! when I started this painting I was thinking about Louise Brooks-but then it became more of a self portrait.
J'adore the 1920s so much...I really enjoy looking at the images of vintage toys and animal illustrations that you post on your blog-I have a small business of painting pet portraits, on commission. I'd love to do a personal series though of cats and dogs who lived in the flapper era. Thanks for being in touch- jenny b
